This activity is for adults, and children, who receive artificial nutrition (enteral or TPN) or long term IV treatments via a central line (plus their family)

PLEASE NOTE:

• Most of the VIP feeding experiences are for 8yrs+ (this is Longleat’s rule, not mine) However, Giant Otters are 10yrs+ and Farm VIP and Giraffe have no age limit.

• Most VIP experiences are wheelchair friendly (listed below)

• FEAR will cover the cost of the FEAR adult or Child to do ONE VIP experience (I just ask for £5 donation). Families will need to cover the cost of all other participants joining the VIP experience.

• However, you do not need to book a VIP experience to join the FEAR day. If you’d just like to join for the day, and explore the park, you can do so. Please visit Longleat’s website and book day tickets for the 6th August.

• If you want to book a VIP experience- if the FEAR child or FEAR adult has an access card with the +1 symbol, the carer ticket will be reduced by £34.

• If you want to book a VIP experience, the FEAR child or FEAR adult participating in the VIP experience has to be 16yrs+ to do it alone. Anyone younger than 16 years will need an adult/carer with them (Longleat’s rule- not mine). However, if they have the +1 symbol on their access card, the adult joining them will have a reduced ticket (minus £34).

• All VIP experiences include entry to longleat.

• When booking- you will need to add one participant at a time. It’ll then add to your basket and you can pay in full at the end.

• PLEASE only book one experience- this will maximise the number of people able to come on the day.

VIP Information

These VIP experiences will be exclusive to us. The experiences will be running at different times to each other because the animals are fed at different times...

The VIP feeding experiences you can choose from are:

• Red Panda (up to 4 people) - not wheelchair friendly

• Farm VIP (up to 6 people) - wheelchair friendly

• Giant Otter (up to 2 people) - wheelchair friendly

• Meerkat (up to 4 people)- wheelchair friendly

• Aardvark (up to 2 people)- wheelchair friendly (can do 4 people- please email me)

• Giraffe (up to 6 people) - wheelchair friendly

• Anteater (up to 2 people) - not wheelchair friendly

The feeding times will be:

• Farm VIP - 9:15am

• Red Panda - 10:30am

• Giant Otter - 11:15am

• Anteater - 11:15am

• Meerkat - 12pm

• Giraffe - 2pm

• Aardvark - 3pm

Prices for VIP experiences:

Giant Otter, Meerkat, Aardvark and Anteater prices:

• For all VIP experiences, the FEAR child/Adult is £5 donation

• The adult/carer joining the experience is £65 (this is ONLY if the FEAR child/adult has the +1 symbol on their access card)

• Any additional family members wanting to join the VIP experience are full price £99.

Farm VIP prices:

• For the FEAR child/Adult is £5 donation

• The adult/carer joining the experience is £29 (this is ONLY if the FEAR child/adult has the +1 symbol on their access card)

• Any additional family members wanting to join the VIP experience are full price £63.

Giraffe:

• For all VIP experiences, the FEAR child/Adult is £5 donation

• The adult/carer joining the experience is £5 (this is ONLY if the FEAR child/adult has the +1 symbol on their access card)

• Any additional family members wanting to join the VIP experience are full price £10.

Red Panda prices:

• For all VIP experiences, the FEAR child/Adult is £5 donation

• The adult/carer joining the experience is £116 (this is ONLY if the FEAR child/adult has the +1 symbol on their access card)

• Any additional family members wanting to join the VIP experience are full price £150.

Usually, the Giraffe experience happens in their ‘home’, however to make the experience wheelchair friendly, we will be feeding the Giraffes from the platform. They are used to seeing wheelchairs on the platform, so will happily come over to be fed. Longleat have dropped the price accordingly for this. However, we will still have our own private peer and a VIP experience feeding the Giraffes.

When and time:

• Thursday 6th August.

• Meet at 10am (park opens at 10am-6pm)

• You’re then free to explore the park and your booked VIP experience.

• We’ll aim to meet again at 12:30/12:45pm for lunch and some ball games on the grass

• You’ll then have all afternoon to explore the park again and drive round the safari

• Longleat, Warminster, Wiltshire, BA12 7NW

Important info:

• Any age can access the park

• The VIP experience are for 8yrs+ (the farm VIP and Giraffe has no age limit. Giant otters has a 10yrs+ age limit)

• FEAR children need to be 16yrs+ to not have an adult with them for the VIP experience.

• FEAR children 15yrs and younger need an adult to join them for the VIP experience. If you have a +1 symbol on your access card, your carer ticket will be reduced by £34.

Price:

• The cost of the VIP experiences are all individually priced.

• Please enter your access card details at booking if you have the +1 symbol.

• This is non-refundable. If you are unable to make the event nearer the time, I will not be able to refund you.
