This activity is for children, and adults, who receive artificial nutrition or long term IV treatments (plus their family)

Our activity day at Hangloose Adventure will be on the 17th Mayand will start at 9:30am

The two activities will be: Zipwire and Giant swing. The zip wire is England’s fastest and longest zipline!! The swing is the biggest in Europe!!

Activity Information

Skywire Zipwire:

For the standard zipline, participants are required to climb three flights of stairs and assume a press-up position for launch.

They also offer a seated zipline option, which is accessible for wheelchair users, where participants are lifted to the top in a seated position before launching.

Giant Swing:

For the Gravity Swing, participation is possible for wheelchair users, but guests must be able to grip the bar in front of them, hold their head upright while swinging and be able to get into our swing apparatus (with assistance).

Test your bravery on this Bluewater swing. Towering the height of a 22 storey building, the pure height of this ride exceeds any adrenaline seekers expectations. Suspended amongst the chalk cliffs and over the Bluewater lakes , it doesn’t get much better or thrilling than the free fall you will experience on this huge swing ride. Senses have never been so heightened – do you dare to let go?

• Minimum age: 8 years

• Minimum weight: 35kg

• Maximum weight: 120kg

Price:

• The cost of each FEAR child/FEAR adult (the individual receiving artificial nutrition or IV treatments) to experience both activities is: £10

• The cost of any accompanying child, or adult, to experience both activities is: £30

The total cost (per person) for the zipwire and swing is £65. FEAR will cover the majority of the cost, but ask for this as a contribution.
